Q&A Section for Each Pair

The creation of a Q&A section tied to each pair where you can ask, answer, and see previous questions and responses to help better understand each pair. This would enable easier access to seeing information about a specific pair without having to look through comments, ask another question already answered, or have to answer the same question over and over again.
