Add more data about makers

When dealing with a MTO with a new maker lots of us are flying blind on things like cost, expected wait time, and quality of results other than what we see on IG and low quality sponsored reviews.

It'd be nice if we could add things like wait time, cost (maybe as a categorical variable for modesty's sake: sub 4/500, sub 700, 7-8, over a grand), and a "first impressions" review on things other than fit. I know there's the anything else question, but I feel like that's meant more for fit.
