Known Bug: Text slides upwards on iOS devices

On iOS devices, when typing into a multiline input, the characters initially appear lower than they should, then slide upwards after a second.

This is a difficult bug I've been unable to figure out. If there are any React Native folks out there who'd like to take a look at this with me, please shoot me a message!
